How would you approach this situation to keep scaling while staying financially stable?

I do intend to stay close to home - but home provides only annual opportunities and I’m looking for year round possibilities with tax deed properties. 

Last year we began testing different places by staying in Carrillo and Junquillal with day trips to a lot of other nearby beaches.
