This will be an off market deal and I don't have a prior relationship with this agent, but he seems to be a straight shooter. 

If that doesn't pan out, I want to be a professional sporting clays shooter.

Please, I appreciate the straight shooter as much as the next guy, but I'm not asking what you would do for closing cost and buying a property. 

Just like Spiderman when he was bitten by the radioactive spider, except in this case my ability is great wealth instead of web shooters. 

Credit pull and background check.. the one's who say no problem and check out you at least have a straight shooter .. others will just go away.. and some will have something on there.. like got arrested for smoking pot in their late teens or something non critical like that.

His rates are very reasonable for investors and he is a straight shooter. 

Mark Balaban with First Anderson, use to work with me, at my brokerage, He's your guy, tell him I sent you, he will probably give you some snide comment or a dirty look,  but he is a straight shooter.

Seller is a really straight shooter and I feel he is honest.
