It's been an amazing ride so far.

For the past 30 years I rode that ride well (in spite of the dot com bust and mortgage crisis), and made a lot of money.

You are better off riding the wave for 5 years. 

If you can afford to ride it out, it’s always worth it.

You're in for a long ride to get it renovated with the SROs and non-conformance issues.

The lake was nice at Stillwater - we would ride snowmobiles on it when it would freeze solid - and Pocono Farms had a golf course that we would hunt golf balls on - but a lot of the houses were in sad states of disrepair, which is why we lived there - they were cheap. 

I bought one courthouse step deal in Philly and that was quite the ride.. its a locals market for SURE..

While its great that I'm no longer a Home365 customer and got out a few weeks early, it wasn't a smooth ride.

I would just try to enjoy the ride and learn as much as you can along the way.
