If people want a nice lakefront retreat, they're not going to glom at the chance to overpay in some packed tourist core, nor someplace out in the county. 

I would prefer not to sell my propertybecause there’s a lot of potential for long-term profit and theeventual winter retreat.

While there are some hard headed types that are all about their rights, in reality unless you have deep pockets it's better to retreat and live for another day!

He has not written for 3 years though, but I'm sure he'll start up again soon]In addition to his real estate and other things,LJ will be able to mention his volunteer work [which he has done much already] and his Autistic activism. [ I would not have put together, with my son and husband, the first EVER Autistic retreat that is by and for Autistics, including those with NO money, if there was not the potential for it to reflect positively on my son.]And yeah, in his speeches he will speak of having to go on ssdi for a few years, but only as a launching point that "brought him where he is today," [and people say Autistics have no imagination.

He made an organic garden and turned it into a mountain retreat getaway for people that want to escape the big city.

Give yourself a place to retreat to when the day is over: finished bedroom and bathroom, usable kitchen.Buy a shop vac, soft bristle broom, a dustpan, and a big trash can, and sweep your living-area and path at night.  

I am about ready to retreat and let others be greedy for awhile.

Luxury Retreats has no designations but their requirements to list are stringent.

The most accurate way to do it will be you, create an excel of a variety of different properties, from 2beds to 4beds etc etc, list pricing and location of these places, and any unique amenities then throughout the year go through their calendars and mark down their booked days.You may be correct on the HIGH amount of unbooked days, if the place you're looking at is primarily just a summer retreat then it may be too early to tell what their occupancy is.
