I am running into this issue in another area, calling employers about internship opportunities as I am a college student, but I thought it was a relatively thought provoking discussion.

First off, I love the quote, its going on my quote whiteboard at my desk which I fill with quirky, funny, or thought provoking things to ruminate on.Secondly, as an introvert, I can relate. 

I know this is a real estate forum but I just had a provoking shower thought ( I hope I'm not the only one who thinks, sometimes too hard, in the shower).

If there is anything left over I would return it, if not and they owe more I would probably consider forgiving it vs. suing them to try not to provoke them filing a suit as well.

I was looking at the tax map of my area last night, which provoked the question.

Flaming is directly insulting another member, flame-baiting is making a comment with the intention of getting a flame as a response, and trolling involves starting arguments or upsetting people by posting inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages with the intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.As far as "cancel folks not cool", some people in the forums sometimes get the impression that it is a democracy here, where you can say anything you want and it has equal value as something someone else says.
