Most students spend about 2 hours per week between completing homework, attending the Q&A session and watching pre-recorded video content.

I've heard folks on the podcasts saying they screen calls by having people leave messages or use an answering service or pre-recorded message.  

But I randomly went to the webinar address today and caught the second half of it (I'm positive it was pre recorded).

Unless there’s been an update since 2018, it appears that, yes, ringless voicemail calls still fall under the same rules regulating telemarketing and robocalls:“The Telephone Consumer Protection Act doesn’t allow non-emergency calls that use pre-recorded messages, autodialers, or artificial voices unless the person being called consents before the call.

I also used Mikes pre-recorded message but I'm going to use my own this time to see the difference.

And if you arent using a service that can dump a pre-recorded message on a answering machine automatically when you are live calling shame on you.And hopefully all of your marketing is being tracked inside of a CRM. over the last 24 months I have nearly 32,000 points of contact with my prospects , all of which i can listen back to and read past messaging.
