I completely get your pause though.

As far as I know, DSCR HELOCs do not exist and most of the trust worthy outlets I’m also aware of put 2nd HELOANs (DSCR) on pause.

If you search these forums you will find countless syndication investors burned by paused redemptions, loss of most or all of their principal, investment promoters disappearing, etc.

And then when the distributions got paused tell the same customers, who really needed those funds for retirement, they were being short-sighted to focus on de minimis cash flow and should wait for the real money to come in via appreciation?

Please take time to read the Syndications thread here with the never-ending horror stories of paused distributions, capital calls, loss of principal, inability to redeem and so on. 

The answer to your question is if you pause or cancel your DealMachine plan, your mail campaigns will also stop sending out.

The break in talking due to plane noise the locals refer to as the Pt Loma pause.  

The way I look at it, it's a great time to hustle and find deals while others have pressed the pause button.
