@Chasing Vega You have something call "the chain of title", that lists the recording history of a property from when a parcel of land was part of a larger land patent to the present day.

I would start with the US Patent Office. 

That is more patent in cases, like mine, when the same intruder recognizes that he doesn’t know the owner of the house, so whoever “rented” the house to him (if they really exist and it is not an invention of the intruder) was clearly not entitled to give possession of the house.

Patent the process and the ingredients and have an NDA with manufacturer and they will produce it for you without large real estate investment, at least to get started.
