If you cannot google and find a lender then there is most likely a reason why you cannot find a lender to do the loan.Finding a lender today is like finding a mcdonalds, they are all over the place.

If debt concerns you, look at DSCR loans, which qualify based on rental income instead of personal finances.

Personally, I advocate for a long-term investment strategy and would recommend investing the funds, provided you are comfortable with the expected return on investment over time.
