I've lived and worked in the Daytona Beach area for 25 years and currently live in Port Orange, Florida.

I am not hard to find if someone wants to work with me.As someone who has run an on-market real estate team with as many as fifty agents in the past, I can tell you that the problem is that real estate agents are lazy and unfocused and want the low-hanging fruit with limited work.

The only positive is the act of a gift which can be satisfied with some local fruits or snacks or something else.

There seems to be this focus on low hanging fruit, motivated sellers, flips and rentals.

Choose your path, remain committed, and with the backing of this incredible community, success is within reach. what would help every one is if you mentee's would go to the General Real Estate topic and in the drop down there is a top for RE success stories that's a great place to post ACTUAL results not just talking bout the program we all understand people get excited about RE but most never do anything so if these programs you mentioned actually bear fruit then post some there for everyone to see and gain experience with and so on.

It's Like comparing apples to oranges.
