I have a masters degree, so the reading/learning part of this should be attainable...just hard to juggle work, investing, marriage, and now studying for this license.  

thanks for the reply @ryancoleman I am planning to have roughly around 5k to either deposit and or put away for future expenses my budget for the house with renovation expenses will be between 100k-130k depending on how much I'm approved for with this budget  I would still be able to manage the mortgage by myself in case of any vacancy rate. unfortunately from what I was told with the 203k loan I would not be able to receive any down payment assistance which is why I am juggling between a standard FHA and receive assistance or 203k and receive renovation $$

Come August I will have four under four and to see that juggling work and home life should not be an inhibitor to success is inspiring! 

I get questions all the time from military members on here about time management, "how do you juggle real estate investing, active duty, and family life."  

In 2015, I closed on two houses (both co-workers at PNC) and fully understand how tough it was to juggle both jobs and provide acceptable service to my clients.

I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on how to juggle a full time job while trying to start investing.   

I invest in these 3 states, and always have to juggle between different lenders and brokers because not all are licensed everywhere, so I would like to establish a long term relationship with someone who can broker in all 3 states.Ideally someone who also has a relationship with United Wholesale Mortgage, as they have some potentially interesting mortgage products for me.Thank you!

Tenant issue do take alot of your time and it's very difficult to juggle both.

I currently work at GTRI (Georgia Tech Research Institute) and I want to do well in my work there so its sort of a  juggle of pushing toward my engineering career and my real estate career at the same time so really focusing on one thing will be a big help.As for now I'm focusing on getting through this pre-licensure course.
