What we have learned is that most people avoid these properties entirely, which allows us to purchase them at a significant discount.

But when we are done it’s going to look sleek and intentional.

I'm most interested in Single-Family or Multi-Family Homes with the intention of having Mid or Long-Term rentals (although I am not opposed to Short-Term either).

Why intentionally put yourself in the tank with the potential of that deficit being much wider than you anticipate?
