I generally prefer higher since I don’t plan on putting in small claims, it’s basically just for catastrophic loses and the savings in premiums over multpiple properties for multiple years should balance that out if I have ever have to use the insurance.

Calculate the blended rate, your decision as to what to do (2nd or 1st lien refi) is all in the math!

However if you understand the process already and what you're trying to achieve and just looking for someone to do it for you, then I would search a bit more to price compare and then make your informed decision.

You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the consequences of the financial decisions you are making throughout the year.Good luck.

Hi Carlos,I am in Madison, WI and we shopped around a lot when moving a few years ago and used Neckerman Agency (now McClone) who are insurance brokers. 

While this insight is valuable, it’s important to remember that thorough analysis is always crucial before making any final decisions. 

I took too long to make some decisions regarding design and it slowed me down.

Now if this all ends up in BK and there are actually loss's and the attorney thinks there is insurance money to go after then maybe some litigation will be warranted..
