And the only "client" reviews I've seen mention that their customer service is non responsive and difficult to get a hold of once you're purchased their services.

Incorporating a washer-dryer hookup in the main house could be advantageous.This addition not only increases the convenience for potential renters but also adds value to the property itself.

I think making it more generic and less custom is the safer bet.

Everybody is different, but the climate is tougher now as carriers begin to cull customers to eliminate unprofitable ones.  

I suspect I have closed more and been a principal on more transactions over 40 plus years than 99% of the people on BP and I am a broker but I will still use one even off market or whatever if its a market I don't know there are customs that are not apparent to many.. 

Probably going to be a check.Smart contractors are starting to understand that convenience matters to customers and being able to take different methods of payment can help them collect their money.

The customer service side for owners is fairly lax. 

Conversely, On homes I have wanted to expand,  I have removed closets from bedrooms in order to label these as studies or offices, so that I could build additions that are labelled "bedrooms" (customized to my needs),  in order to avoid the requirements of expanding a 2 car garage to a 3 car garage (a local requirement when building beyond 4 bedrooms).  

While trying it out, call their customer service and see how they treat you and how knowledgeable they are on their product.
