Some interested buyers did go under contract but things fell through in the deals.

My father has over 15+ years in the General Contract work field.

I noticed the market was shifting, so didn't run to get under contract until day 43 of the identification period.

And, when you see your next tax bill, your heart will stop.

This also leads owners to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.

And, would that invalidate the contract?

They will match effort for effort jumping on seller calls and helping you close deals, walk you through contracts, make connections to attorneys, etc.
