@Mike H.I don’t have North Georgia mountains experience but I do have metro Atlanta (Kennesaw) Airbnb and vacation in Florida Airbnb experience and I’m looking to expand into the north Georgia mountains Ellijay or Blue Ridge I also just purchased a membership in the Northeast Georgia MLS so I have access to those properties as well.

I have a pro membership which is I believe $5 / month and it is well worth it. 

Has a host you pay ~$50 for the yearly membership for 1 listing, and can list your proximity to hospitals, calendar availability, photos, details etc.

My question is, what type of agreement do we need to get this deal locked in (I thought my BP Pro membership would have some agreements, or something - not finding anything)?

The idea is intriguing, but online research has yielded conflicting opinions and "pay to play membership plans; can't get a straight answer whether this is legit or scam and not worth the front-end subscription payments.  

I’m not looking to have an active membership with a realtor association at this time.
