Only real problem was when they lit fireworks last 4th of July and had the street pretty well ablaze in them,,,and my porch floor mysteriously now sports burn holes in it now,,when it didnt in June.

No drugs.Put in the lease no swimming pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, fire pits, trampolines, weapons, fireworks, firecrakers, incense, hookah, smoking, underage drinking, etc.There will be more wear and tear, and it could be harder to charge any one tenant for damages to shared common spaces.
