Fully booked during 3 peak seasons:  the Cherry blosom season (from mid March to May),  July and August for Gion Matsuri festival, November and December for the fall foliage.

Orlando hosts 3 NCAA bowl games every year, the NFL Pro Bowl, recently NCAA final four games, and EDC Orlando (huge electronic music festival).

We travel a lot for various beer festivals and corporate gigs which has given me an opportunity to see some awesome real estate markets outside of my local area.

New attractions open, festivals and events happen more often, and traditions attract visitors from everywhere.

The city of Breckenridge has decided they are going to do something to bring in summer tourists, and plan lots of festivals and weekend celebrations during the off-peak months of summer.

Loreal spends her free time cheering for the Bulls at the United Center, trying out trendy, new restaurants or checking out neighborhood festivals.

Now, it's all grown up with fancy restaurants and trendy music festivals and pricey tourist traps.  

And no matter how well we manage ours, they are still only worth what the other ones on the block are.I'm in Ashland right now for Shakespeare Festival, reminding me how arid things are south of the PNW.
