There are a lot of good posts on here so I would take some time and read the forum so you can hit the ground running.

The teacher was an actual financial educator but they repeated themselves a lot and were telling the students to go in and apply for credit cards DURING the course to purchase the next course for $15,000!

Then when you are driving in the car or doing anything you can listen to it and it helps alot!

In most case when I have clients putting 25% they will be cash flowing, a lot of that has to do with looking at things a bit differently.

This is not the first time, but I noticed a LOT of these this past week.....So I would request: if you're going to come on this great forum and request our help, could you please give us the SF and location of your property? 

I understand they can make our life a lot easier but is it worth it if it eats up a lot of our cash flow? 

There are a lot of rules to follow, but make sure you have a great custodian.
