What’s the legal structure of YOUR portfolio? -no opinions please
2 April 2020 | 22 replies
My response is fair in that regard. My point is, paying for legal and tax entity planning gets you a far different answer than general, high-level nonchalant "water cooler" advice.A doctor may diagnose something vastly different after running tests and scans than he/she initially did just talking to you and hearing your symptoms.

Home Warranty – Are they worth it?
8 April 2020 | 4 replies
Usually something happens to the HVAC at the changing of the seasons, then you have to use one of the warranty company's approved vendors and wait for them to actually be able to schedule with your tenant, then they come out and diagnose and it's another two weeks before they come back to really fix it and they end up doing a bad patch job and have to come back out 2 months later, etc. Also keep in mind the limitations of a warranty.

House Flipping on Xbox

You basically only need to know how to operate a mouse to play the game, because the first couple of hours don't require any ability to diagnose problems with the house. The most positive thing I can say about the game is that it's very drunk person friendly if you're like me and tend to prefer games with competition but don't want to derank if you've been drinking.
