I posted here a few months ago regarding investing from distance as I had to leave to the Seattle area to help take care of my mother who has recently been diagnosed with ovarian cancer.  

I have no doubt in my mind that they went to security videos in the hospital and watched every single move that man made and every single person, hand, or pen he touched between walking into those doors and being diagnosed with Ebola.

After the second snaking of the drain I had the drain guys run a camera and they diagnosed the problem to be a poorly pitched pipe which is causing waste to build up etc. 

Chicken little has been diagnosed with severe emotional problems stemming from chronic depression.

I pretty much understand the front end and the back end of wholesaling is mainly about marketing to motivated sellers (front end) and investors/cash buyers (back end) (and correct me if I’m wrong), but what about diagnosing the property and market (I know how to use comps but is there anything else to know?)

Please list any specific disability that the tenant has been diagnosed with.

Yes there is tons of content on the internet and especially here on BP but the same can be said for the info required to diagnose a heart attack.... that doesn't mean I'm going to refuse to pay my doctor when I need him.  

I was not able to diagnose or remedy the problem on my own so I need to get a hvac guy.
