Ironically, RE investors crunch numbers and work spreadsheets - so why are some people dropping in a 50% divorce rate myth as a real number into their prenup equations that has been debunked countless times?!  

I do think it can be a risky strategy though.You also debunked the "mortgages are front-end loaded with interest" argument.

Pretty much 100% of the time they NEVER debunk my posts with facts:)
