Hey guys...so far it's kind of been crickets on offers I've submitted for fix and flips.

I have also found that I will get 30 inquiries but $50 higher it is crickets!

I said that if they didn't come out, he'd need to find a way to make it right and all I heard were crickets.

Invested many years ago in the Trail Creek project…several years of flat valuations then Crickets, nada, zippoI was hoping for a response, with fingers crossed, to an email I just sent last week….

CRICKETS.

Stuff happens, life happens, a lot of months it's crickets... and then other months, it's a few calls.. the quality of your house the quality of the stuff inside it will dictate a lot as far as required maintenance!   

Not sure if the state will provide any assistance, crickets so far.

So my cute lil brand-new build sits vacant, but I'll be considering the STR route if I continue to hear crickets.
