I manage it as an electronic companion for my short term rentals, with pages of things to do in two different parts of the state, a link to my featured property, and of course a blog. 

I have odd feelings about this, because our first two companion animals were actually acquired at places that I was renting; they were feral cats who seemed to recognize us as trustworthy people... in both cases, I ended up talking to the owner after we adopted them, and in both cases they just said "well, okay, but if they leave any damage, it will come out of your deposit", which was fine with us...

So, a companion activity, either on the land or nearby, that attracts the same customer base is a good idea.For that matter, how common is it to find a 3 acre piece of farmland in your market?

The crime seems to be done by non residents, possibly companions or boyfriends of tenants.

Yes, we're very into our garden, my husband most especially :) We've only started utilizing companion planting in the last couple years, which has leveled up our gardening skills.

I am still trying to figure that out myself. anytime anyone else asks that question in the forums, everyone usually points that person to J Scott's book on estimating repair costs which comes as a companion book to his book on flipping houses if you buy it in the books section, under the education tab on this website.I am going to do that eventually, but haven't done that as of yet.
