I've always been interested in Real State. However, just recently decided to start educating my self. I want to learn as much as I can and maybe one day be able to actually invest and possible flip a property. I just don't know where to start! I appreciate every ones comments and suggestions and any advice will help!

Do I apply for a loan? Hard money? How can I connect with someone that can help/mentor me in the correct direction!  I tried attending Real State Seminars and the price for the education that they offer is possibly a down payment for a possible investment property.

Joanna. Welcome to BP. You're definitely going in the right direction. As a newbie you should find a seasoned investor and ask them what they need. Provide that need and they will mentor you. That's how you build value without becoming a burden.
