However based on your tenant/landlord act, you may be required to fix maintenance request within a certain time frame to avoid any citations/fines on the property.

Even though I pass inspection, it is time out of my day to deal with the inspectors who have to justify their jobs with stupid citations that they previously passed.  

We decided against taking the legal route and continued to plead ABC Baltimore to finish the rehab and pay us the monthly rent without success.Of course, during this entire ordeal, Baltimore City issued several citations and fines to our property because ABC Baltimore was often working without required city permits and leaving construction trash outside.
