What is a reasonable time for landlord to make repairs. What is the expected time to fix for example the following items?

Dishwasher not working

Bathtub leak

Fridge broken

Water pipe leak

Air conditioner

Water heater

I also manage my own properties and the buck stops with me. Tenants pay rent to me, they communicate with me, they expect repairs from me.
