What @J Scott said.A few others to keep in mind- weird, bad, "unique" layout-close to train tracks, cemeteries, airports-on a busy/loud streetI wouldn't say these factors are deal breakers but they might limit your buyer pool when it comes time to list.

Other factors I look at for my buyer clients include flood zones, double yellow lines - especially numbered state roads, airstrips, shooting ranges, landfills, wastewater treatment plants, school zones, train tracks, industrial noise sources, neighboring businesses and cemeteries.

My family back home where I grew up in Southwest Virginia always associated Arlington only with Arlington National Cemetery, so I always got funny looks whenever I told them I lived in Arlington.
