I have similar question- We own MMLLC (husband and wife) and would like to cash out refinance. 

My wife and I bought a duplex in the city of Syracuse back in 2012, and sold it about 7 years later. 

All of that said, I just want to get together occasionally to give my wife a break from me talking about real estate all of the time.

That being said, I had competing issues. 1) my wife and I are buying a new primary residence (much to my chagrin), and 2) in december, we bought a condo rental that is currently being renovated (a much lighter project) and that process is also a little stressful.   

Hi Meghan,   My wife and I live in Coon Rapids, but have 2 rental houses in Duluth that we rent to college students.

My wife and I purchased our second home and what we believed to be are dream home at the end of 2023.

My wife and I own a couple duplexes in Florida, however with insurance costs on the rise, we're looking at Wisconsin, which is where my wife is from originally, and we're looking at small multifamily in Sheyboygan.
