Without giving the individual's name, even though once it is filed it is public information, could you post the specifics they are alleging or the case number?

Most individuals can originate the debt these projects require as well so its not as if your signature is opening the doors to properties these partners couldn't purchase on their own either.  

Purchasing your first property can be nerve-racking so connecting with like minded individuals is a great start.

While a mentor is helpful, I don't think these coaching programs can dedicate enough time to individual students to provide that.

But if you are looking for 1-4 units residential purchased by an individual then PS is a great place to find a list, skipt trace then cold call or text. 

Yes you partner with them on the individual deal but you get the reps in to become better at watching a deal from start to finish. 

A tiered system works well: reward individual performance (e.g., quick work order completion) and team-based success (e.g., overall portfolio stability or income growth).Be cautious when setting pay expectations.

They cannot continue a lawsuit on your behalf if you have not authorized it.I would send them a short demand:"You have five business days to stop the lawsuit and turn over all documents, funds, and anything else pertaining to my property.
