Would the drainage requirements be mitigated by making the parking lot from pervious pavement/asphalt and the installation of a green roof(which would contribute to stormwater absorption?)

There are currently 8 satellite dishes mounted on the asphalt shingle roof.

It looks to be in descent shape, I'm just wondering down the road if I have to replace with an asphalt roof - is in considerably more to tear off the slate than a normal tear off of asphalt shingles?
