lolOne that comes to mind is a house we had where the owners just had to save every single piece of reading material they ever had, newspapers and magazines stacked to the ceiling and apparently they had serious OCD becuse I swear there was literally about 500 bars of soap in the bathroom, looks like they got about 10uses out of each then just kept it and the cabinets were filled with stacks and stacks of new bars!

There seems to be a lot of experience needed to find and work the "no money down" deals.In terms of learning the area ... if you just moved there a few months ago, start by picking up the local real estate sales magazines.
