Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site and to REI. I am in the works of closing my first deal. Very excited, hoping nothing goes wrong. Right now i am looking into playing w/ portfolios. Does anyone have any feedback on this. Will appreciate any feedback.

Thanks for your reply. I was beginning to think i would not get a response. It is nice to find someone from Texas in here. Although, a lot of newbies, wannabies and sharks have been running up the prices down here, you can still find a good deal or two. "Playing w/ Portfolios"; I wholesale preforeclosures but I have stumbled upon a Portfolio and am trying to get it moving. I have never moved properties like this but thought it was worth a shot. Just thought I might request some assistance or feedback on how to move these properties before the opportunity passes by. Once again, thanks for the response and I hope I can be of help and hope others don't mind giving some assistance.
