You are not required to join the Academy to invest through our platform.

I'm with @Huong Luu but would add join a local REIA and find some PMLs they are always hanging out at meetings.

If you go to the cash flow game, and find it too competitive, you can join the square dancers who meet there at the same time.

Connecting with experienced investors or joining local real estate groups can provide valuable insights and help you avoid costly mistakes.

Because you're new, it is a good idea to ask about the brokerage's agent training offerings and potential teams to join to get experience.
