Selling a house is huge, Personally I wouldn't trust it to some teenager.

I think the dreamer / hobby-business aspect helps: Most people pick RS for certain reasons & entry/exit can be (rather) fluid-- it's not like most of us picked this major in college, and feel trapped in a system as a professional  we didn't understand as a teen-ager.

If usage goes above that amount, it means there's a leak or perhaps a teenager needing talking to.

I went to work on her that summer, teenage kid too far from home...Garth Brooks song lolI was 19 years old, (year 2000) just dropped out of college, and was ready to get at life. 

Then we lost our umbrella policy thanks to our teenagers who decided to total a few vehicles within a short time frame.  

(Weird for a teenager,I know).Here are some questions I have as of now that I cant seem to find on my own:1.Most ,if not all hardmoney lenders only lend to corporations(llc),but banks wont.IF I went LLC route to finance a multifamily buy and hold.How do I refinance to get money to payoff hardmoney lender if banks wont lend to LLC?

I have heard of adding everyone over the age of 18 and possible teenagers, but I have never heard of 2 year olds.

I've been interested in the Real Estate business since I was a young teenager.
