Hi, I am looking for recommendations on investor friendly general contractor who can do gut rehab (interior and exterior) in Tacoma WA for 2 units (each of size 400 and 480 sq ft). 

There are other areas like Olympia, Lacey, Lakewood and Tacoma that could be good flips but I prefer to BRRRR these areas.

Bham and Tacoma seem to be the two places where people are fleeing to as Seattle gets more ridiculously expensive with each passing month.
