Their pro formas felt optimistic with providing 6% annual appreciation and property management that is only about 6% of rent so I take it with a grain of salt (they offer their own property management services but it has terrible reviews on Yelp so I would probably go with someone else). 

Always good to know of other companies who provide products and services!

(We're from California as well) Everything has been extremely smooth so far and their staff has been excellent with their customer service. 

You are not paying for their services and won't cost you anything extra anyways. 

Most people call their services "cohosting" to distance themselves from what would normally require a real estate license.

However, be mindful that preventative maintenance, such as HVAC servicing, can arise even with recent renovations.

This level of service is NOT typical for the Lehigh Valley, and it’s certainly not what we’ve experienced with our PM or others we know in the area.A property manager should be proactive in tenant placement, responsive to inquiries, and transparent about efforts to fill vacancies.
