@Jay Hinrichs agreed and I asked their person who trains Kurt and I believe in the main discussion what exactly should I be double checking for - one would imagine they’ve seen things come up in land.

Hi Nina.If I were not experienced in land lording and property manager, I would look personally to the extent you want to learn or experience property management versus hiring someone else that you trust to do the job.Yes, the cost for a property manager is important but not essential- the cost between property managers are not double or triple the cost of others (say like attorneys in some areas of law or cars).

I have yet to see a free course be anything worthwhile but there are some that are relatively cheap for what they give you.I personally am a mid 6 figure earner & have been in land for 8 years now.I have numerous course, including Bosch's.

If this isn’t the first step to building your real estate empire, sell and don’t look back.Owning a property which is netting -200/mo in quality location in a quality city isn’t terrible, but not ideal either.In your negative 200/mo are you accounting for pm fees, maintenance, capex and vacancy expenses?
