What questions should I be asking?

During a recent conversation, the following question came up:------------------------------------------------------------------------"The question is:You buy a 'new build' house.

It is is going to calculate the expected price based off what you tell it as well as what Price Labs sees in the local market.I questioned myself moving to price labs after I had been doing this manually for several years.

How do I know which questions to ask to ensure the property manager is performing at its best?

The zoom calls are packed with other wanna be aspiring developers/investors trying to ask him questions.
