Looking in the Fishkill area, but anywhere between Danbury CT and Middletown NY is an option at this point.My question being, how does NY and the towns in the 84 corridor work with "homeowner" pulling permits, working on and flipping a house?

Look at Danbury  Ct and a bit north, such as Waterbury and possibly Hartford.
