REIAs in NYC

Hi. New to REI. Not new to RE ownership. I live in NYC and own within 2- 3hrs. I want to do flips. NYC is a tough area if you don't have a lot of cash.

While I've enjoyed reading posts at BP, most folks seem to be in places where there's lots of SFRs.  We're heavy on the pricey condos and Co-ops here.  

Anybody on BP operating in NYC area that can recommend good REIAs to join?
