I stayed on the phone with them for 5 minutes to long today and all in all came very close to signing up with these guys.There are testimonials of their success stories and undoubtedly there are people on here who can succeed with them.

I've contacted people who did the program and they say it's great, and they have those podcasts with testimonials of many people going through the program.

I ask because there are no reviews anywhere, and to pay thousands of dollars to blindly start classes, it seems like there should be a few reviews out there that are realistic, not just testimonials posted at their own websites.Any help here please?

Hopefully you can get a few client testimonials and failing that, ask the local investor community for feedback on them, especially busy investors who are doing a lot of deals.

You have provided no evidence to the contrary except testimony that a bunch of high priced CPA's whom also fail to understand the tax law.

He's just one of these handymen that can be a bit hard to get hold of, so I'm never quite sure where I stand.The only testimonials I have for the bigger outfit are from their website, which are of course glowing.
