The benefit to GR is you also have some excellent secondary markets to purchase cashflow (Lansing, Muskegon, Kalamazoo).

I am struggling to find an affordable snow removal company in Lansing Michigan area. 

We're Inventory stricken at the moment like every other market but feel we at least have more attempts than other national investor markets.Lansing, Ann Arbor, Lansing, Downtown Detroit are our "college towns" but seems a lot of people have your idea and prices a bit more inflated.

It's in Charlotte, MI (about 20 miles SW of Lansing) and is gutted to the studs inside.
