I understand that you cannot discriminate based on race, color, religion, nationality, age, gender, familial status, disability, veteran status, and genetic information.As I understand this, I cannot discriminate against Caucasians any more than I can discriminate against African Americans.

There are lots of engineers and oil company employees from India and from the middle east, along with Asians, white people, African-Americans, and Latinos.  

I would believe that the potential in this markets are quite high, I just need to figure out ways in which I can penetrate the markets.I would like to know that the methods have been tried and is successful in South African markets.
