So, Here are my questions:How did successful investors begin, trial and error?

I am conducting a 15 day trial of Buildium.

I wish I had done the trial instead..So with that being said, anyone know a good program for Probate Leads (reasonably priced)?

I've learned a lot during this first deal, most of it through trial and tribulation.

We did a cash buyer campaign from it and it wasn't that successful but there are other parts to the service that I did not use so I cannot comment on that.In regards to the cash buyer campaign, I believe they cross referenced cash sales with tax records for owner address, but it could be inaccurate because if the actual end buyer bought through LLC or never recorded the deed the records may not be updated with their actual address.I believe there is a trial that gives you ability to use all services for some amount of time (I can't remember) so I would try that and see, it could have changed since I used it.

I understand that finding a market is partly trial and error however, I am seeking help to avoid the majority of mistakes.

You don't get to choose and scheduling repairs can sometimes be a trial.

I don't bring it up, other then mentioning the trials and tribulations of my current rehab. most friends and family will just recant all the bad things they've ever heard, I don't argue and just go with the flow

Is it free for the duration of membership or for just a small trial period of membership?
