It’s 12 minutes to downtown without traffic but when is there not traffic in Austin????

maybe start off in corners or areas of low traffic to see if it blends in, or if it stands out and looks bad.   

Can't find a great deal that i love from pearland all the way over to the bay area.i had a property in southdown 4/2 ended up selling out because deal was good. cool neighborhood; good for rentals. great area; close to downtown. 288 traffic, but could be worse.
