Maybe steal some of Nashville's thunder?

I would approach my resale pricing (homes and cars) by MY bottom line, people just expect to be squeezed sometimes...Moral of the story: Stick with good, honest people, the good deals will still come in, and I've always heard a horror story a few months later about the same deals I thought I got "snaked" on.

and all kinds of kitchen waste crap was spilling into the common wall.Several times the toilet won't flush, and it's in the main drain, I went to investigate and have it snaked from the common roof stack to clear the blockage.Roach infestation issues (most likely caused by the broken DW drain hose spilling food waste into the wall) happened along that common wall, I went over and did pest control.I can go on and on and on.Whenever there is an issue, it's always up to me to handle, because he would ignore the issue, or simply tell his tenant he is "out of town at the moment." 

For example, say the toilet is clogged up, the owner calls a plumber and they snake the line and recover a tooth brush of the tenant.

It also attracts snakes which could be a real problem in Texas.

I spent mine snaking out a sewer line at one of our rentals.  

In the LLs toolkit was a drain cleaning snake, mace, an ample supply of eviction notices and one more thing.
