I signed up for a Google voice phone number and I am loving it!

Just to voice the landlords side, there are a lot of instances where a tenant locks themselves out and doesn't want to pay a locksmith so they break a window or kick a door in.That being said this is both an interior and exterior part of the apartment.

You know Steve, I would aaalmost buy that if there actually were recordings about the properties... however sometimes there isn't even a personal greeting, just an automated voice saying what number you reached.

Using the Google voice-recognition app, I can drive around, speak the address I'm looking for into the phone (instead of finger-fumbling), and Google gives me a map to the property. 6.

If you have an extra google voice invite, I'd appreciate it.

Find a good checklist, use a voice recorder for verbal notes, and take plenty of digital pictures (you can always delete the bad ones).

Since I am printing, stuffing, and mailing myself I only sent out 44 and have had 11 calls to my voice recording, 6 of which left messages....Im PUMPED because from what I hear, thats a pretty good response rate even though none of them were deal worthy.

That is undoubtedly good advice and needed sometimes, but I want to hear those well rounded responses voiced here in this thread from the experience of others., not spend my money on advice when it isn't needed (isn't that sort of the point of this forum?)

Rather than economic adviser, I think I'd rather be the Contrarion or voice of reason!!
