Greetings y'all!

I'm just getting into RE this year. I started taking RE pre-licensing classes to learn all the lingo and such. Prior to that I knew zilch about RE. I hope to start off in residential rental properties and earn some passive income. I'm currently in the IT industry and hold a CCIE in Voice if that means anything.
