If you'd like I can ask around my pool of off-market brokers/investors if they have something that would suit your needs.

When you invest with them are you the sole owner of your note, or are you pooling funds in a single note?

I know that sounds easy, but you have to get in the pool.  

I'm concerned about the high prices, unless your company offers a way for me as an individual investor to pool with other investors to earn a decent rate of return.  

We invest, educate, and network with other investors interested in learning how to buy pools of distressed assets on residential and commercial properties direct from banks and hedge funds.

You have a huge pool of properties to draw statistics from so I certainly appreciate your experience. 

There is also the possibility of using a private lender for these, but it still must be non-recourse so it narrows down the pool quite a bit.
