Different strokes for different folks.I recommend everyone find what they love in the business and focus there.

Since I couldn't sell it for what I paid, I figured I'd let someone else make the strokes for me.In the meantime, I purchased my grandmother's house.

I hate painting with broad strokes, but I have yet to hear from an investor buying cheap turnkey properties and owning them for 5,6, 7 years or longer and making money.

She told me the owner, in his 90s, lives with her now after a stroke, and has been trying to sell his home with this agent, who told her there has been no interest, no inquiry and no showings, turned out the agent was trying to be the buyer, saying that he's willing to buy said property that no one is interested in for a deep discount.
